The Vinnu river, fed by the Vinnufonna glacier, falls 845 metres down the mountainside in three tiers, the longest of them 575 metres, before joining the Driva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment s\u2019y rendre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The waterfall is about 6 km east of Sunndals\u00f8ra on road RV70, with parking at the Holsskeiet rest area. Sunndals\u00f8ra is about 2.5&ndash;3 hours by car from Trondheim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Visite et randonn\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis l'aire de repos, on a une belle vue sur la cascade sans marcher. \u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 monte Vinnutrappa, un escalier en pierre construit par des Sherpas dont la premi\u00e8re partie a ouvert \u00e0 l'automne 2022 ; il faut 30 \u00e0 40 minutes pour atteindre le haut de la partie achev\u00e9e. L'escalier est ouvert du 15 mai au 1er novembre, et les drones sont interdits en raison de l'a\u00e9rodrome de Vinnu tout proche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Meilleure p\u00e9riode pour venir<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C'est \u00e0 la fin du printemps et au d\u00e9but de l'\u00e9t\u00e9 (de mai \u00e0 juillet) que la chute d'eau est la plus spectaculaire, lorsque la fonte des neiges du glacier augmente le d\u00e9bit de l'eau.
