Situated within the Gulf of Campo, it is one of the longest sandy beaches on the island and a central element of the town\u2019s identity as a seaside resort destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Posizione e accesso<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marina di Campo lies about 17 km by road, around 30 minutes, from Portoferraio, Elba\u2019s main port, which has ferries to Piombino on the mainland. From Portoferraio you can reach the beach by car, taxi or Autolinee Toscane bus. Elba\u2019s small airport, with seasonal flights, is at La Pila, just north of the town. The beach is right next to the town centre and easy to reach on foot from hotels, apartments and the seafront promenade. There are car parks nearby, but spaces are limited in high summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Caratteristiche della spiaggia<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marina di Campo Beach extends for approximately 1.5 kilometers along a gently curved bay. Unlike many of Elba\u2019s smaller coves, which are characterized by pebbles or rocky shores, this beach consists primarily of fine golden sand. Summer air temperatures commonly range between 26 \u00b0C and 31 \u00b0C.
