Hlubok\u00e1 Castle is one of the most visited and photographed castles in the Czech Republic. Located above the Vltava River in the town of Hlubok\u00e1 nad Vltavou, the castle is renowned for its striking white fa\u00e7ade, elegant towers, and romantic neo-Gothic design. Although the site originally housed a medieval fortress dating back to the 13th century, the castle acquired its present appearance during a major reconstruction in the 19th century inspired by England\u2019s famous Windsor Castle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entrance fees vary depending on the tour route selected, but standard guided tours generally cost around CZK 250\u2013350 for adults. Because guided tours operate on scheduled times, booking tickets in advance is recommended during weekends and the summer tourist season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hlubok\u00e1 Castle is located approximately 10 kilometers from \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice and about 150 kilometers south of Prague. Travelers can reach the castle by train, bus, or car, with local transport connections available from \u010cesk\u00e9 Bud\u011bjovice. The castle’s scenic location and easy accessibility make it one of the most popular day-trip destinations in South Bohemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
