Seaport Burgas is one of the largest cargo ports in Bulgaria. In recent years, the city authorities have redeveloped parts of the port area into a public recreation and commercial space, making it more accessible and interesting for visitors.

A modern passenger terminal has been constructed in the port, capable of receiving both passenger ferries and cruise ships. The port area also includes a recreational zone with a children’s playground and the Magazia 1 complex.

Magazia 1 is designed as a shopping, entertainment, and office center. As of 2017, the complex primarily hosted a seafood restaurant, Dalyan, which serves fresh fish at moderate prices. The restaurant features an open terrace with views of the port and the sea. Due to its popularity among locals, advance reservations are recommended.

The port area offers recreational activities for all ages. There is a marine-themed playground for children, mini trampolines, and bicycle rentals, allowing visitors to explore the Burgas Sea Garden and surrounding areas.

The port is situated at the end of the city’s Marine Park, near the Grand Hotel Primorets. It is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the pedestrian center of Burgas. Visits to the port are often combined with a stroll along the seaside park or a stop at nearby cafes and landmarks.
