One of the advantages of Sarafovo is its proximity to the airport\u2014residential buildings are just a 5\u20137 minute walk away. The area is also well-connected by bus No. 15, which runs to the center of Burgas every 30 minutes. The bus fare is just 1 lev (around half a euro), and the ride to the city center takes about 15\u201320 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bicycle path:<\/strong> Since 2017, a bike path from Burgas to Sarafovo has been under construction. By 2019, most of it was ready, and the entire 10 km route is expected to allow cycling from the city center to Sarafovo in 20\u201325 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sarafovo lies on a small hill, so reaching the sea requires walking down to the beach, passing a small wasteland. Work on strengthening the coastline is ongoing, so the beach conditions may improve in the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Accommodation:<\/strong> Sarafovo has small private hotels, guest houses, and several modern apartment complexes, the largest being Atlantis, which has pools, restaurants, and cafes. There are no large-scale resorts with private beaches here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For shopping and dining, Sarafovo offers only small private stores and around a dozen restaurants and cafes. Recommended options include Neptune (Cherno More Street 5) for fish and Biraria Kedar (Angel Dimitrov 57) for traditional Bulgarian cuisine.
