Fidenza Village is a premium outlet shopping village near the town of Fidenza in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, midway between Milan and Bologna. It is part of The Bicester Collection of luxury outlet villages.
Location and Access
The village is about 100 km south-east of Milan, right by the Fidenza exit of the A1 motorway: a drive of 1–1.5 hours from Milan and about 20 minutes from Parma. Parking is free and there are charging points for electric cars.
The Shopping Express coach runs from Piazza della Repubblica in Milan in the morning and returns in the late afternoon; the journey takes about an hour and a half. By rail, take a train to Fidenza station on the Milan–Bologna line and then the shuttle bus to the village.
Shops and Brands
Fidenza Village has more than 120 boutiques, with an emphasis on premium and luxury labels such as Armani, Missoni, Marni, Etro and Jimmy Choo alongside Italian designer and lifestyle brands. It is laid out as an elegant open-air village with high-end services.
Prices and Discounts
Prices are typically 30–70% below the original retail price, as in other European outlet villages, and the winter and summer sales bring the biggest reductions.
Visitor Information
Entry is free, and the village is open daily from 10:00 to 20:00. Services include tax-free shopping for visitors from outside the EU, hands-free shopping and personal shopping, as well as restaurants and cafés.
Best Time to Visit
Midweek visits are the most relaxed. Fidenza Village is generally less crowded than Serravalle and has a more exclusive atmosphere.
