Staubbach Falls

Staubbach Falls (Staubbachfall) is a waterfall located on the Staubbach stream, descending from a cliff with a height of approximately 300 meters. It is situated near the village of Lauterbrunnen in the Bernese Alps, canton of Bern, central Switzerland. The nearest major city is Interlaken.

• Staubbach Falls was long considered the highest waterfall in Switzerland and one of the tallest in Europe. In 2006, the Seerenbach Falls near Amden were measured to be taller, but Staubbach remains prominent for its vertical drop and scenic location.
