雪朗峰

Mount Schilthorn is a mountain in the Bernese Alps of Switzerland with a height of 2,970 meters. It is not the highest peak in the region, but it offers extensive panoramic views of the Alps, including Mount Jungfrau, and on clear days, parts of Germany and the Swiss Plateau are visible.

交通与入场

The main starting point for visits to Schilthorn is Interlaken Ost, accessible by train from Bern. From Interlaken Ost:

• Take a narrow-gauge train to Lauterbrunnen, a village located at 800 meters in a steep gorge. Nearby, visitors can see Staubbach Falls.
• From Lauterbrunnen, there are two main routes to Mürren:
  • Route 1: Bus to Stechelberg, then cable car to Mürren via Gimmelwald.
  • Route 2: Cable car to Grütschalp, followed by a mountain railway to Mürren (recommended for scenery).

From Mürren, a cable car with a transfer at Birg leads to the summit of Schilthorn.

• A round-trip ticket from Mürren to Schilthorn costs approximately 85 CHF.
• Travelers from other cities may benefit from a day pass, which covers transport to Mürren on the Lauterbrunnen–Grütschalp–Mürren route.

Mürren Village

Mürren is a car-free mountain resort with around 2,000 residents. It is a hub for summer hiking and biking, and in winter, it offers approximately 50 km of ski slopes. Traditional Swiss wooden houses and alpine landscapes dominate the village. Visitors are encouraged to explore Mürren before ascending to Schilthorn to acclimate to the altitude.

• Observation deck: Circular deck providing 360° views of surrounding mountains and valleys.
• Piz Gloria: A revolving restaurant, made famous by the James Bond film On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.
• Weather at the summit can be variable, and fog may limit visibility.

• Grindelwald: Located across the Eiger and Jungfrau mountains, it serves as the starting point for the railway ascent to Jungfraujoch, the highest railway station in Europe.
