MetroCity shopping center Istanbul

MetroCity is a shopping mall on Büyükdere Avenue in Levent, Istanbul’s main business district on the European side. It opened in 2003 as part of a mixed-use complex with residential towers above, and its several floors hold fashion stores, from Turkish chains such as LC Waikiki, Mavi and Colins to international brands, as well as a large supermarket.

There are restaurants, cafés and a food court, and the mall is popular with people working in the surrounding office towers. The upmarket Kanyon mall, known for its open-air canyon design, stands right across the avenue, so the two are easy to combine.

MetroCity is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. It is reached directly from Levent station on the M2 metro line (Yenikapı–Taksim–Hacıosman), where the M6 line to Boğaziçi University also starts.
