Miramar is a large leisure pool complex in Weinheim on the Bergstraße, in the north of Baden-Württemberg between Mannheim and Heidelberg. It combines an indoor water park, the Salz & Kristall thermal baths with mineral-rich brine from its own spring and a large sauna area, and it is open daily, including public holidays.
The water park has a big wave pool under a glass dome, whirlpools, a jungle-themed children’s area and ten slides: from the 58-metre Krokodil for children aged 6 and over to the 242-metre Piranha racing slide with timing, the Twister funnel slide, Splash with its halfpipe and the Hurricane Loop, which starts with a 16-metre free fall into a double loop (from 12 years). In summer you can also swim in the natural bathing lake with a sandy beach and sun terrace.
Opening hours are 9:30–22:00 from Monday to Thursday, 9:30–24:00 on Friday, 9:00–24:00 on Saturday and 9:00–22:00 on Sunday; the slides run from 10:00. On Tuesdays from 19:00 the whole complex is textile-free, except during school holidays.
Since 1 July 2026 a day ticket for the water park costs €30.90 for adults, €23.90 for ages 7–15 and €9.90 for ages 3–6, and children under 3 enter free; a 4-hour ticket costs €26.90 for adults, and an evening ticket from 19:00 €21.90–23.90. The thermal baths add €8, and a day ticket for the water park, thermal baths and sauna costs €43.90.
