Scalo Milano Outlet & More is a modern open-air outlet village just south of Milan that combines fashion with design and food. It is now part of VIA Outlets, a European outlet operator.
Location and Access
The outlet is in Locate di Triulzi, about 15 km south of central Milan. The suburban train line S13 stops at Locate Triulzi station, about 100 metres from the entrance, and a daily shuttle bus runs from Piazza della Repubblica in Milan. By car it takes 15–30 minutes depending on traffic, and parking, both covered and open-air, is free.
Shops and Brands
The village has about 180 stores: Italian and international fashion and sportswear brands plus a whole district of design and home furnishing shops. Compared with Serravalle it is less focused on luxury labels but far easier to reach from Milan.
Prices and Discounts
Discounts run up to 70% off the original price all year round, with further reductions during the seasonal sales and outlet-wide promotions.
Visitor Information
Entry is free. The fashion and design stores are open daily from 10:00 to 20:00, and the food court stays open until 23:00. The layout is compact and easier to get around than the bigger outlets.
Best Time to Visit
Weekday mornings are the quietest. Because it is so close to Milan, Scalo Milano is a good choice for a short shopping trip of a few hours.
